Team News – Spring 2026

There’s been plenty happening across the Park team over the past few weeks.

We recently said goodbye to Neil, a hugely valued colleague who has retired after a long and successful career in insurance. Neil has been with Park for the past 15 years and has been a constant source of knowledge, calm advice and good humour. We marked the occasion with a team meal in Newcastle – a really enjoyable evening and a fitting send-off. We’ll all miss him, but we hope he and his wife Judith (also a former member of the Park team) will stay in touch.

On a lighter note, a few of the team took part in the recent Intact Quiz, proudly entering under the name Park Attack. While we can’t claim overall victory, it was a good evening and a chance to spend time with insurer partners in a more relaxed setting.

We were also at the annual Bravo Conference last month, an important event in the insurance calendar. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen relationships with leading insurers and ensure we’re continuing to secure the best outcomes for our clients. This year was a particularly proud moment for us, with David and Park featured in the conference opening video, which you can view here.

Away from the day-to-day, David is currently training for a sponsored bike ride in support of St Cuthbert’s Hospice – a fantastic local charity providing specialist care and support. You can read more about the challenge and the cause in our separate update here.

It’s moments like these – celebrating colleagues, building relationships, and supporting causes that matter – that reflect what Park is all about.
