Ray founded Bridegewater, the world’s largest and most successful hedge fund. Helen read this book and is now better at everything (she says…). Very insightful and easy to read (had to be for Helen….). Buy it here. His TED talk here, ‘How to build a company where the best ideas win’ is also worth a look (16 min watch).
