Book Club: Do Team by Charlie Gladstone

David’s review of Do Team:-

 

This is a quick read for people who want to lead with empathy and kindness. It gives reminders about looking after people, making tough decisions, giving honest feedback and encouraging ideas.

 

I often go back to this to remind myself about how to support the team and create a great place to work. If you get that right, and the business looks after the team, then the team naturally looks after the business. Building a great team, and really caring about it, are the right things to do – and also happen to be good for business.
