Book Club: Christmas Books

Hopefully there will be some time for reading over the holidays. If you’re looking for something a bit different, try the Non-Obvious Book Awards’ list of their best books (fiction and nonfiction) of 2023 here.

We’d also recommend the Financial Times’ business book of the year ‘The Right Kind of Wrong’ by Harvard Business School professor Amy Edmondson – it’s the first time a management book has won this award. We’re looking forward to some helpful real-world insights and learning. Buy the book here and read the FT’s review here.

If you’d prefer something festive, dip into Everyman Library’s treasury of short Christmas Stories here – this small book includes stories from the last 200 years, with authors from Dickens and Tolstoy to Muriel Spark and Richard Ford. Perfect for getting in the festive spirit.

And if none of these appeal, hopefully you’ll find something among our other
Parklife Book Club recommendations here.

Happy Christmas reading!
